Salmon’s Meats purchased by the Ebert Family

Ebert Enterprise

ALGOMA, Wis. – The Ebert family, seventh generation farmers focused on responsibly producing quality and safe food, acquired Salmon’s Meat Products on March 30, 2020. New owners, the Randy and Renee Ebert family, Algoma, Wis., will humbly carry on the traditions set by third generation meat processors, the families of Gary and Glenn Salmon, Luxemburg, Wis.

“We are honored for the opportunity to continue serving the wholesome, traditional taste of Salmon’s Meats,” said Randy Ebert. “From one family multigenerational business to another, we are committed to providing the same Salmon’s products, with the same people involved in production and the same traditions that customers are familiar with.”

Salmon’s Meat Products is known for their smoked specialties that have been available throughout Northeastern Wisconsin for nearly 100 years. The family business is considered as the premier meat, sausage and venison shop in Green Bay, Luxemburg and Door County.

Building on the strong foundation of Salmon’s Meats, the Ebert family said it’s their priority to offer the same trusted products for consumers into the future.
